Clients (In the case of a learning centre, the Tutor(s)
are the Administrators and the Students are the Clients).
Messages
have to be exchanged within a Group. Group members
can send their messages only to the Group Administrator.
The Group Members cannot exchange Messages among themselves.
The Administrator can send messages to all Clients
