Dhandayuthapani Vijayan is a result driven IT professional with 30 years of extensive experience in leading and managing projects and teams. His wide knowledge in technology and cross culture helped successful inland and offshore implementation of projects.

His areas of expertise includes building and managing IT infrastructure, Systems Development, handling migration projects, Implementing complex projects, Database administration and new product evaluation. He has in-depth knowledge in Management Information Systems.

His expertise extends across different domains like Banking, Insurance, ERP (Trading & Manufacturing) and in the Automobile Industry.

Vijayan was specially deputed to Al Fujairah National Insurance Company as a Project Manager for setting up an IT department, infrastructure and implementation of an Insurance package. He is well versed in installing oracle server and client software, creating, upgrading and patching databases in UNIX (Solaris, HP), Linux and Windows environments, designing and architecture of Databases, Data Modeling, Database Design and Creation, Upgrading and Migration of oracle database to higher version (from *Oracle 8i/9i and 10G*) in multi platforms.

Vijayan has contributed extensively towards the successful implementation of various complex projects to the satisfaction of the customers.
